P-450 PVC Paste Resin with K-Value 65, Residual VCM ≤10.0 μg/g, and Sieve Residue ≤2% for Foaming Applications

P-450 is a medium-low molecular weight homopolymer paste PVC resin developed and produced by Inner Mongolia Junzheng Tianyuan Chemical. With a moderate polymerization degree of 1000±150 and K value of 65, this resin features stable plastisol viscosity, excellent foaming performance, low volatile content and few impurity particles. It can form a uniform and dense foam cell structure after chemical foaming treatment, and has good compatibility with various plasticizers and fillers. It is widely used in floor leather, wall covering, foamed sheets, cast artificial leather and other PVC foaming and coating products.

• Moderate polymerization degree and K value, with stable and controllable plastisol viscosity, good fluidity in coating and casting processes, and no obvious thickening during short-term storage.
• Excellent foaming molding performance, can form fine, uniform and dense foam cell structure after chemical foaming, with soft and elastic finished surface, no holes or collapse defects.
• Ultra-low volatile content and residual VCM, effectively avoid bubbles, pinholes and surface defects during high-temperature gelation and curing, and meet environmental protection requirements.
• Few impurity particles and low sieve residue, greatly reduce surface speckles and particle defects of artificial leather, floor leather and other coated products.
• Good plasticizer absorption, wide compatibility with DOP, DINP and other common plasticizers and filler systems, strong formula adaptability.

Store in dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment. Seal tightly after opening the package to prevent moisture absorption which will cause viscosity fluctuation of plastisol. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Follow industrial hygiene rules to minimize dust generation during feeding and mixing. Wear protective gloves, dust masks and safety goggles to avoid long-term dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with clean water immediately.

All performance data listed in this document are factory typical reference values, not binding product acceptance specifications. Actual processing performance will be affected by plasticizer type, filler dosage, mixing process and storage temperature. Small batch trial mixing test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify process adaptability.
