Product Description
P-440 is a low to medium viscosity of medium molecular weight PVC homopolymer paste resin. It features excellent transparency, thermal stability, water resistance and weather resistance. With high compatibility with plasticizers, organic solvents and fillers, plastisols made with P-440 are ideal for:
• Non-foaming and micro-foam leather
• Glass applications
• Dipping processes
• Metal coating
• Color paint applications
Application Notes
1. Resin 100phr DINP 60phr, hobart N-50 mixed 5min at No1 speed and 15min at No2 speed.
2. Plastisol aged 2hrs at 25℃, measured No.6 spin 50rpm.
3. 2hr plastisol detected on 90psi.
